Getting Started

Q: How long does a detail take?

A: Most appointments take between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the package and the condition of the vehicle. Full restoration services, paint correction, and ceramic coatings take longer, and we’ll give you an estimated time when you book.

Q: Do you come to me, or do I drop off my vehicle?

A: We’re a mobile detailing service, so we come directly to your home, workplace, or any location that works best for you. We only need access to a water source and a standard electrical outlet. If it’s easier for you to drop the vehicle off instead, we can arrange that too.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We currently serve Charlotte and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, just reach out and we’ll confirm.

Q: Do I need to prepare my car before my appointment?

A: All you need to do is remove personal items from the interior and trunk so we can access all areas. If there are specific stains or problem spots you want us to focus on, feel free to point them out when we arrive.

Q: What if my vehicle is extremely dirty, stained, or has pet hair?

A: We’re equipped to handle heavy dirt, stains, and pet hair buildup. In cases where the condition requires extra time or specialty work, an additional charge may apply, but we’ll always discuss that with you before starting.

Q: Can I leave while you are detailing my car?

A: You’re welcome to stay, but you don’t have to. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a way to reach you, you’re free to leave while we work.

Q: Do you need access to water or electricity?

A: We do need access to a water source and a standard electrical outlet at your location. If those aren’t available or it’s more convenient for you, we can also arrange a drop-off option.

Q: What’s the difference between the Mini, Signature, and Royal Treatment packages?

A: Each package is designed for a different level of cleaning and correction.

  • Mini Detail: A maintenance-focused refresh for both the interior and exterior.

  • Signature Detail: A deeper clean with interior steam work, light stain extraction, and full exterior decontamination.

  • Royal Treatment: Complete interior extraction, multi-step paint correction, and long-term ceramic protection for a near-showroom finish.

Q: How do I know which package to choose for my vehicle?

A: Choose based on your vehicle’s condition and your goals.

  • Choose the Mini if your car is already fairly clean or regularly maintained.

  • Choose the Signature if your interior needs deeper steam cleaning or you are looking for a more comprehensive exterior detail.

  • Choose the Royal Treatment if you are seeking paint correction, stain extraction, and long-term ceramic coating.

Q: Do you offer add-ons or custom services?

A:  Yes. We offer several add-on services such as engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and underbody wash. Add-ons can be added to any package for extra enhancement based on your needs.

Q: How often should I get my car detailed?

A: Most vehicles benefit from detailing every 3–6 months, depending on how often you drive and your environment. Regular maintenance helps protect surfaces, prevent buildup, and keep your car looking its best year-round.

Q: What is paint correction, and do I need it?

A: Paint correction uses machine polishing to remove swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches from your clear coat. If your paint looks dull, cloudy, or scratched in direct sunlight, correction will significantly improve clarity and gloss.

Q: What is a ceramic coating, and how long does it last?

A: A ceramic coating is a long-term protective layer that bonds to your vehicle’s paint, offering enhanced gloss, easier cleaning, and protection against UV rays and contaminants. Our ceramic coatings last up to 5 years, depending on the package and maintenance.

Q: Can detailing remove scratches or swirl marks?

A: Light to moderate scratches and swirl marks can be reduced or removed through paint correction, which is included in the Royal Treatment package. Very deep scratches that cut into the clear coat may not be fully removable, but we’ll assess and explain what’s possible before we begin.

Q: Will detailing remove stains or odors?

A: Our Signature and Royal Treatment packages include steam cleaning and extraction, which treat most stains and odors. Severe cases may require additional time or specialized treatment, but we’ll always let you know what results to expect. 

Booking & Policies

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: You can book directly through our online scheduling system on the Book Now page. Once you choose your package, you’ll be able to select a date and time that works best for you.

Q: How far in advance should I schedule?

A: We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend appointments or Royal Treatment. However, availability varies, and we’ll always try to accommodate sooner openings when possible.

Q: What happens if I need to reschedule?

A: No problem! - you can contact us directly to reschedule. We’ll help you find the next available time that works for you.

Q: Can I book multiple vehicles at once?

A: Yes. Whether you have two personal vehicles or need a household or fleet cleaned, we can schedule multiple appointments together. Just let us know the details when you book.

Q: Do you offer maintenance plans or repeat-customer pricing?

A: Yes. We offer discounted maintenance schedules for customers who book detailing on a regular basis. If you’d like ongoing care, ask us about our maintenance plan options.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options such as Venmo or Cash App. Payment is due when the service is completed.
